About this Research

How people experience their work is an important aspect of work life to individuals and organisations.  To individuals, this has relevance to their health and well-being. To organisations, it has relevance to their human resource management practices, performance and effectiveness.

Most of the previous research in this area has asked people about their experiences and feelings about work at only one point in time.  There is currently very limited research looking at how people might experience their work across time and, particularly, about influencing factors, such as job insecurity, workplace incivility, work-life conflict, and supervisor support.

Information about this research project for participants is available for download below. In addition, as a community resource, a list of resources which may assist if experiencing discomfort related to work and/or home is also offered.

Each questionnaire of 4 during the following 8 months takes usually between 5 to15 minutes to complete.

Thank you for your interest and participation in this research.
