Graduate level: Organsie content into an effective learning and teaching sequence.

As teachers it is detrimental that we are able to select age appropriate content and organize it into a effective learning and teaching sequence. This is especially appropriate when planning a unit of work at the beginning of the year. The content needs to be relevant to the students and has links with the Australian Curriculum.

During my Science course in 2019 I was able to create a unit plan based around the topic of my choice. The content had to be age appropriate and link in with the correct year level content descriptor. After I chose my topic I was able to plan a sequence of teaching experiences relevant to the chosen topic.
